Tagliatelle al Ragu



"Tagliatelle al Ragu" .. Tagliatelle Pasta in a thick sauce of ground beef and pork flavored with onion, carrot, celery, garlic, tomatoes and a bold red wine.

One of my go to "meat sauces" .. the "Mia Piccola Cucina Ragu" is married with the wide cut Tagliatelle pasta and and produces a hearty, earthy and filling dish.
